My research is driven by one overarching question: how should transnational institutions, actors, and norms be changed to promote global health equity and justice?
In advancing this line of inquiry, I study a range of public health law and policy issues, from the local and domestic, to the multilateral and transnational. I am dedicated to advancing both empirical and theoretical academic knowledge, while pivoting when needed to apply my expertise, research and advocacy to current events. I bring an entrepreneurial mindset to my career as a legal scholar, making space for new opportunities in creative academic collaboration, cross-institutional partnership and research funding.
Most of my publications are already available open access. To receive a copy of any that are not, please feel free to send an email at roojin.habibi[at]pm.me.
